The COVID-19 pandemic has caused a crisis. A crisis could be described as an event that could lead to instabilities. As an individual depending on the role you play, this uncertain time affects each and everyone of us differently. What instabilities are you facing from where you are sitting?

Your personal life has now been disrupted and you had never envisioned being in such a situation and now you are anxious. Routine business, now being handled at home, is expected to thrive in the normal happenings at home.

You need to understand the root of your anxiety and manage your triggers. Question your thought patterns since negative thoughts can take root in your mind and distort the severity of the situation.
